Affordable Rental Housing Scheme – Madhya Pradesh Urban Administration Department will soon start a new Affordable Rental Housing Scheme for the people who want to buy new houses. Under this scheme, a person will be allotted a new house and will have to pay the rent of the house as well as the monthly installments. On completion of payment, equal to the value of the house, the individual will get the ownership of the house.

For this scheme, the full price will have to be paid in easy monthly installments within a stipulated time. MP Rent and Own Housing Scheme Yojana will help those people who cannot buy housing as they neither get loan nor upfront money to invest in property.

Affordable Rental Housing Scheme

CM Kamlnath asked the officials of the Urban Administration Department (UAD) to pay attention to the CM Awas Mission Yojana. With this scheme people can get new property on equal installment of house rent. Raised the issue of State Government’s share in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) housing scheme. He said that the share of the state government in PMAY is more in providing housing to the people, then why is the PM Awas Yojana given more importance.

As per the authorities, this scheme will help in creating at least 40 houses with basic infrastructure facilities, include bedroom, kitchin and bathroom. ARHC in order to provide access to dignified affordable rental housing
