DDA Housing Scheme
Very good results will be given to the people of Delhi NCR, on which these people will be given a discount of 5 lakhs. DDA scheme will fulfill the dream of many people’s house. This scheme will do allotment process through draw of computer which will reduce the chances of any cheating.
Flats will be given to every category without discrimination. From the general category to the backward classes, as well as for widow women, this scheme is proving to be very effective. One thousand flats for widows are being built in Narela and Rohini.
These flats are being given at 10 to 40 percent concessional rates. The EWS flats will be launched in two categories. A discount of up to 5 lakh will be given in newly built flats in which parking space and lift facility has been provided.
The prices of 1A, 1B and 1C flats of Narela were kept from 17 lakh to 19 lakh, but after keeping 40 percent discount in these prices and applying a discount of 5 lakh on top of that, the price of these flats is ₹ 10.89 lakh. 12.29 lakhs from Rs. After the discount, the prices of these flats have come down to 55 lakhs.

This announcement was made by the DDA on Thursday on the special occasion of Independence Day. Under the DDA Housing Scheme, the application of EWS flats of Narela can be filled on the website from August 30.
Allotment of flats has not been done due to non-receipt of applications, so now a discount of up to 40% has been kept for them, it is expected that more quantity of people are likely to come.
