Vidya Sambal Yojana is an initiative by the Rajasthan government to improve education. The main aim to launch Vidya Sambal Scheme is to provide jobs to guest faculty in schools, colleges and govt. What is Vidya Sambal Yojana?
Rajasthan government has started Vidya Sambal Yojana to recruit teachers in government colleges. Under this scheme, qualified teachers are appointed to vacant posts as guest faculty in government schools, colleges and educational institutions. Teachers are selected for vacant posts on the basis of their qualification and experience by a committee selected by the head of the institution and the District Collector.
Through the Vidya Sambal Yojana, first class teachers selected in schools will be given a monthly salary of 30 thousand rupees, 21 thousand rupees will be given for third class and any other equivalent post. Guest Faculty will get recruited as:-

Eligibility for Vidya Sambal Yojana
- The applicant must be a native of Rajasthan state.
- Both men and women of the state will be eligible for this scheme.

- Teachers working in private schools of the state can apply as guest faculty under Vidya Sambal Yojana.
