Jharkhand Health Insurance Scheme
The State Employee Health Insurance Scheme has been launched by the Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Shri Hemant Soren. This scheme has been started for the government, non-government and government employees of the state of Jharkhand. Under this scheme, all the state employees of Jharkhand, retired employees, honourable MLAs, present and former honourable members, working and retired teachers of the universities of Jharkhand, dissertation expressions, and many others will be given the benefit of the health insurance scheme.

Eligibility Criteria
Under the Jharkhand State Employees Health Insurance Scheme, medical coverage is being provided to the members and their dependents (i.e. family members). To avail the benefits of this scheme, the applicant must have some documents.
- Citizens must be a permanent resident of Jharkhand state.
- Citizens must be current or former government employees.
- The applicant’s have pink, yellow, and green ration cards are eligible under the scheme.
Jharkhand State Employees Health Insurance Scheme Apply Online
Step 1 : Visit the Official Portal
- Go to the official website of Mukhyamantri Abua Swasthya Suraksha Yojana: https://bis.jharkhand.gov.in/.
Step 2 : Login Using Mobile Number
- Enter your mobile number and click on Get OTP.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile phone.
- Fill in the Captcha code and proceed.
Step 3 : Search Using Ration Card
- Enter your Ration Card Number and Captcha code.
- Click on the Search button.
- The portal will display the list of family members based on the ration card details.
Step 4 : Download the Health Card
Click on Download to save your card.
If the details of the applicant match the Ration Card and Aadhaar Card, you can download the card directly. While applying, all the information has to be entered correctly in the form.
